- 2. What still needs confirmation
- Ask for written answers on stock, mixed variants, samples and dispatch timing. Keep unanswered questions open; a supplier reply is not an independent inspection.
- 3. What the quote includes
- Check product cost, domestic delivery, agreed services and international freight. Ask which destination charges are excluded and how long the quote is valid.
