2What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no single minimum for every style. It depends on the supplier, color, size mix and any customization. Share your intended quantity so we can discuss the available options.
3Are samples, inspections and shipping free?
No. The initial conversation and link review are free. Samples, purchasing, inspections, warehouse work and shipping are quoted separately before work starts.
4Can you help with private label or branded clothing?
Share your own-brand or private label brief, including labels and packaging. For branded products, you must have authorization to buy them. Supplier capability, samples and minimum quantities need confirmation; we do not promise access to any brand.
5Can apparel, shoes and accessories ship together?
Share the product list, suppliers and destination. Consolidation may be possible, depending on receiving dates, product restrictions, packaging and shipping requirements. Confirm the costs before proceeding.
6Can you guarantee my restock date?
A requested arrival date is a planning input, not a guarantee. Supplier readiness, sample approval, inspections, transport and customs can affect timing. Confirm the available plan before paying.
