Get a quote for your listing
This is an optional, hands-on concierge service, separate from standard platform purchasing. Prices are in Chinese yuan (CNY), per agreed purchase from one seller — not per item unit. Combined listings, multiple sellers or specialist requests are quoted before acceptance.
We confirm the scope, total charges and service-fee cancellation or refund terms before you accept. No additional paid work without your agreement.

A few good questions.
Buying from an individual seller is different from buying new stock from a retail store.
Can you buy every item on Xianyu?
No. We first check availability, whether we can purchase the item and whether a suitable shipping option exists for your destination. Restricted goods and some high-risk purchases may not be accepted.
What am I paying Fishgoo for?
Buying Assist is CN¥29 for agreed seller questions, purchasing coordination and domestic dispatch follow-up. Collector Detail is CN¥59 total and includes Buying Assist plus an agreed visual checklist and additional warehouse detail photos. These are pilot service prices; the item price and shipping are separate. The fee does not buy a guarantee of authenticity, seller performance or a delivery date.
Is the service fee charged per item?
The fee covers one agreed purchase from one seller, rather than each individual item unit. For multiple listings, combined purchases or multiple sellers, we confirm the scope and total fee in advance. We do not automatically multiply the fee by the number of items in your request.
Do I need to speak Chinese?
No. Tell Fishgoo your questions in English and send the exact listing. We communicate with the seller within the agreed service scope.
Are pre-loved items guaranteed authentic?
No. Seller descriptions and standard warehouse photos are not proof of authenticity. If authenticity or specialist testing is essential, ask what verification is possible before purchasing. Do not proceed on the assumption that it is included.
Can I return an item or get a refund?
Item return and refund options depend on the seller, listing and situation. The service fee is separate from the item payment. We confirm service-fee cancellation and refund terms before you accept the quote. If there is an issue, contact Fishgoo promptly so we can check the available resolution.
How long will it take to reach me?
There are two separate stages: seller dispatch and delivery within China, followed by international delivery after you submit your parcel. Timing depends on the seller and shipping route; we do not promise a fixed arrival date.
What if the seller is slow to dispatch?
Fishgoo follows up with the seller and keeps you informed. If an alternative listing is found, we can share it for your review. We will not switch your order without your explicit approval.
